Loop BackĀ is a tender sequential story about ageing, memory, and the threads that guide us home. Told through a continuous winter panorama and contrasting panel moments, the project explores how a single character can move through space and emotion while remaining part of one cohesive image. The evolving technique layering drawing, gelliplate textures and digital paint creates a soft, atmospheric feel, while the colour arc leads us from the warmth of home into the cold disorientation of being lost, and back again. What began as a playful investigation grew into a thoughtful study of gesture, continuity, and quiet emotional storytelling.
